Bridal Cave at a glance
Bridal Cave is a show cave at 526 Bridal Cave Rd, Camdenton, MO 65020, on the Lake of the Ozarks. You can arrive by road, and there is also a boat dock, which suits a day on the water with a cave stop in the middle. Walk-ins are welcome, so you do not need a reservation for the standard tour.
The cave stays at about 60 °F (15.6 °C) all year, which feels cool in July and mild in January. Pets are not allowed inside the cave. If you plan a longer trip, the guide to Missouri cave tours shows how Bridal Cave compares with the other caves in the state.

Bridal Cave tours and prices in 2026
Prices per person in US dollars. Taxes and booking fees are not part of these figures.
| Tour | When | Price | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard tour | Daily during opening hours | $30 (13+), $16 (5 to 12), free up to 4 | Walk-ins welcome |
| Lantern tour | Saturdays at 7 p.m., Memorial Day to Labor Day | $39.95 | Not recommended under age 5 |
| Black light tour | Selected dates | $36 | Not recommended under age 10 |
| Annual pass | Valid in the year you buy it | $35 adults, $21 children | Pays off with a second visit |
The age notes for the lantern and black light tours are recommendations, not fixed minimum ages. If you travel with young children, ask the cave which tour suits them. The lantern tour runs in the evening, so plan dinner and the drive back to your base around 7 p.m. The annual pass is valid in the year you buy it, so it makes sense for a family that returns during the same season, or for locals.
For most visitors the standard daytime tour is the right choice. Add the Saturday lantern tour if your trip falls between Memorial Day and Labor Day, and check the dates for the black light tour before you plan around it.

Opening hours and practical details
What to know before you drive out.
Hours
The cave is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. through 30 October. From 31 October the hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is closed on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Check the current timetable before you go, especially in winter.
Temperature and clothing
At 60 °F you want a light jacket in summer and no more than a sweater in winter. Wear shoes with grip, because cave floors can be damp.
Accessibility
Ask the cave about access before you come. Whether a tour works for you depends on your own needs, and a short call settles it better than a general promise.
Pets
Dogs and other pets cannot come into the cave. Plan where they wait if you travel with them.
Group rates
Groups of 20 or more paid admissions get a discount of around 25 percent. Ask the cave for the exact group rate when you book.
Weddings in the Bridal Chapel
The cave is also an event venue.
Bridal Cave offers wedding ceremonies in the Bridal Chapel inside the cave, and couples can also renew their vows there. The date is agreed by phone, so call the cave to ask what is possible for your day and how many guests fit. Prices for weddings depend on what you plan, so ask for a quote instead of relying on a general figure.
If guests travel in, think about where they sleep. The lake has its own towns and the closest cave neighbours are a short drive apart, which the guide to the caves around Lake of the Ozarks explains. For a wider choice of bases, see where to stay near the Missouri caves.
